Training composition: (30/35º overhanging wall)

– Moving around a bit (warming up) / 20 movements / 5′ of complete rest /  30 movements / 5′ of complete rest / 5 x 70 movements with 5′ of complete rest in between (Moving fast during 10 or 20 movements and, in between, resting a bit in one or two big holds) / 5′ of complete rest /  30 movements / 5′ of complete rest / 20 movements.
